The Primary School category was taken out by Sacred Heart Primary in Mildura, for their submission “Water Smart, That’s A Start”.
The entry was devised and prepared by students involved in the Sacred Heart Environmental Committee (SHEC), outlining tangible and practical ways for their school to become waterwise.
The SHEC group organised a number of activities to promote water saving measures throughout the entire school community, and plans to hold a “Water Smart, That’s a Start” Day in Term 3 or 4.
