Thus far, “fantastic solar technology” [00:24:40 - 00:25:20] opportunities have passed Australia by, despite our researchers being world class. This is obviously an inefficient situation. Meanwhile, Germany, for example, leaves us in the dust. Where is the mass investment? Where is the vigorous public debate on cutting edge renewable energy technologies?
